We are currently in the process of a major reconstruction of the firm. Two of our team are over or approaching 70 and the younger ones are only interested in Anaerobic Digester and Rotorcrex work. All our farm machinery except a telehandler has now been sold. We reserve the right to decline other services although it's always nice to see visitors. Because of lots of good feedback about useful info on our website we are leaving open several sections just in case there's anything useful. We supply all the parts for these gear boxes but because of the cost of them it's often better to just replace the whole gearbox, however the bearings and seals aren't expensive.

Auger teeth (strippers)
Please note, these are the parts we use and made from mild steel which might be an advantage if your augers are getting thin because, hopefully, they'll bend before the auger flighting does. We can get genuine parts at reasonable prices if you require.

These items added Sept 22. We have two of these new gearboxes left over: Rogelberg gearbox for ECE auger, 2.08 to 1 reduction ratio, 1 3/8" 6 spline input shaft for 1000 RPM PTO. £1200 for the two, ex our works, which is around half price if you can get them at all. We might want you to collect in person. Please ring.

See below, these items added October 22, used empty RT 500 gearbox casings, £50 each. We have 5 of these left over because it's often cheaper to replace the entire gearbox than to repair it and we kept them because people sometimes break them during removal. These fit Bunning Lowlander 105 and 120 and several other models and the equivalent ECE models including the 150 Lowline. We converted our 150 lowlines to RT800 because the RT500 isn't strong enough.
See Below, these items still on stock March 23, two new Coma Gearboxes, £500 for the two, around half price, will fit early Bunning augers with 1000 RPM PTO but are, I believe slightly faster, 1.275 to 1 ratio so will need to be fitted as a pair. We ordered these by mistake thinking we will save a little money. One advantage we cold have had with these gearboxes, unlike the standard 1000 RPM ones, is that they are able to drive a spinner deck which we were using at the time.
